Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your store and download the ARCI app [ARCI Card for iOS users].
2. If you’ve previously logged into the app, click LOGIN, enter your credentials, and then click on NEW CARD.
   If you’ve never registered, click REGISTER and then SIGN UP NOW.
3. Follow all the steps for Pre-Registration, and when prompted to choose the club where you’ll pick up the card, select ASSOCIAZIONE ARCI MAGNOLIA.
4. Complete all the steps, and then all you have to do is come to the counter, pay, and collect your physical card.
5. Once you have your card, scan the QR code using the app, and, like magic, you’ll never lose your card again.

1. How long does the card last? Arci Membership 2024-2025 lasts from October 1, 2024 until September 30, 2025
2. Can I reserve it and pick it up in the evening? Yes, by downloading the App and following the Pre-Registration steps you will be able to pick up your card at Magnolia whenever you want, even on the very evening of the event you are interested in.
3. Do minors have to join as well? Yes, minors 12 and under will need to fill out a paper form at the Magnolia box office, with written permission from a parent or guardian. For children under 12 years of age, the card is not required.
4. Can I fill out the card using my alias? Yes, you can register under the name that corresponds to your gender identity even if this is different from your birth name.
